Where do you travel?
Our general prices reflect anywhere within an hour of Newtown, PA 18940. We do travel to Philadelphia, New Jersey, Lehigh Valley, Jersey shore, and nationwide but would incur additional travel fees.
How soon should we book our photographer and videographer?
As soon as you know who you want your photographer and videographer to be, you should book them. Generally we accept bookings on a first come, first served basis and up to a year out. Some photographers only accept a certain amount of weddings per year.
How do we book you?
After you check availability and have a conversation with us about your event or project, we will send you a contract via email. You will print it, fill it out, sign it and send it back with a $200 deposit. Once we receive your contract and deposit you will be booked on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the wedding day.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. Most venues require photographers and videographers to have liability insurance. We are insured and can provide your wedding coordinator at the hall a copy if needed.
How soon will we receive our product?
Most clients receive their product within 2 months from their event.
Do you back up the photos?
I backup all the photos on a Shutterfly account for safe keeping should you ever lose your USB. There is a backup of all the files. No worries!
How are the photos delivered?
You will receive a USB pen drive with all the high quality photos, and/or videos. You may plug in the USB and print them at any print shop.
Do you design wedding albums?
I do design unconventional flat page magazine style wedding albums through Shutterfly by request only. Most clients like to design their own albums or they take the photos on their USB to an album designer for that custom imported Italian gold plated traditional albums.
